Some Sunshine after Stormy Days

We had a few stormy days lately here in the UK with the wind blowing and rain falling like crazy. Some parts of the country experienced some flooding. So I was very happy when I woke up this morning to see the sun shining :) We have a park two streets from us, so I packed a coffee and my camera. I bought an 18mm fish eye (manual focus) lens a little while ago and waited for the weather to improve so I can go out and take some pics.

It was a bit muddy in places (after the rain) and I had to be very careful. But the sunshine was glorious and everything smelt so fresh. There were lots of people with their dogs and they enjoyed the water puddles! I can’t wait for spring and see all the trees with leaves on. I loved all the birds chirping and I hope tomorrow will be the same :)
